We have just started working with Giftnote and so far all is pretty good. Our customers seem to enjoy the control of when messages are sent and it all connects with shopify delivery systems.
The best part is being able to send the giftee follow up offers. Before this we were missing out on sales as our customer was not the recipient, Giftnote managed to fix this.
