GiftNote was incredibly easy to set up and get running; everything felt intuitive right from the start. Their support team has been fantastic: quick to respond, super helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. We’ve already seen customers using the feature and are getting great insights from it. Highly recommend if you want an effective way to add a personal touch to gifting!
Super easy integration and functionality! Definitely an added benefit for our customers. Currently utilizing gift messages and actively looking to expand into gift cards. Nick is awesome to work with!

Giftnote is a great solution for offering an easy and convenient multi-giftings options to our customers, especially for corporate ahead of holiday gifting season. We were able to get it up and running in no time. The team is also very helpful and responsive and currently releasing new updates and features to improve the app.

Great solution for gifting for shopify stores. Only feedback I would have is it would be better to show assets as giftcards not just colours, but this is a feature longer term.

If handwriting gift cards or 3PL warehouses are unmanageable/unsupported services, this is the app for you. It's super easy to set up and both customers & recipients receive elegant looking flows and smooth communications on the gifting journey. We love that it triggers gift notes at the exact time of delivery of the gift arriving! Terrific app. Breathtakingly easy to integrate within Shopify and Klaviyo. Fantastic onboarding and service (the team are quick to respond and proactive). Analytics provides fast insight into how the service is performing to make ROI easy to measure. Not to mention, it's heartwarming to read all the gift messaging from customers.
