Giftnote: Engine for Gifting

Giftnote is the perfect app for adding gift messages to orders. Love that users can decide to delivery via email or text right when items get delivered. This works great for us because our products are perishable. Very inexpensive compared to other apps but full of features.

Nick has been great to work with! He responds very quickly to any requests and open to feedback too.

A great solution for being able to schedule gift vouchers to recipients. Nick has been so helpful with any queries I may have and offers great insight into how to get the best out of the app.

From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery.

From our vantage as e-commerce operators, the implementation was reasonably easy. There were some minor hurdles, but Giftnote's CS team took the reins and helped launch the enhancement.

Nice platform for gift notes and cards with great Klaviyo integration. The app still has some bugs to work out but the team has been helpful when problems arise!

We have had "multi order gifting" on our roadmap for years, but with a small team it was a bit of a pipedream. Luckily for us, Nick reached out to us to see if we were interested in trying our their new multi order feature. Once we had the demo, the answer was an instant YES!

For something so complex, the app was actually one of the easiest to set up. Nick and the Giftnote team are so receptive to feedback and very helpful with any issues that crop up. They've made what would normally take us hours of management with various csv sheets, a really quick and easy solution for our corporate customers.
