Superb app. Very useful in knowing who my customers are, and where they are in the buying cycle. The out-of-the-box customer segmentation is crazy (in a good way) and gives me the ability to sync these as custom audiences into Google Ads (huge). The Products Sold report is useful in showing what products are sold, and matches these to customer segments as well to help in developing product promotion strategy. Great app overall on providing real business intelligence. Also, the support from the team when I had a question is excellent.
