This app has been a game changer! We were stuck using Shopify's default gift notes system, which wasn't working properly with our warehouse. We spent money on our dev team to try and fix the issue to no avail. Customers were calling up and complaining. For e-gift cards, it was a cumbersome process for our customers.
Gift note made it so much easier. Customers can now schedule the sending of the gift card and they also get an email confirmation once their recipient receives the email. And the emails integrate seamlessly with Klaviyo, which is our go-to ESP, as all apps integrate with it.
Installation is easy as GiftNote sets it all up for you.
