App stopped working completely, contacted customer support several times. Only response ever received was 'Facebook has implemented modifications to its API, which has resulted in the emergence of this issue.
Our development team is currently working to resolve this matter.'
However every time we tried to check on the issue they only replied with 'Our developers are still checking on this'
First contact was February 2024 last email received was April 2024. It's now July and we still do not have a working app on our site yet are paying a monthly fee.
When the app was working you'd have to constantly check your website to see if any photos actually showed up. If they didn't you'd have to reconnect to get the pictures to show up.
Do not recommend.
