Great app and support i had an issue with out of stock items showing in the top results because they were in stock at our brick & mortar store.
The devs implemented a new setting really quickly which fixed the problem and allowed control over this within the interface.
My only suggestion would be to enable another layer for "best sellers" rather than just "other products" so that you could layer something like this:

Best Sellers (and you can choose how many best sellers to show e.g. 4 or 8 or something)
