The best part is the real-time interaction with the customer. The customer clicks the 'make an offer' button, I have already set the discount threshold to 10% (as an example) and the customer makes an offer that is 15% off. In seconds the customer sees the discounted price with a link that takes them to the cart. And, there is email follow up, with the link, so they might come back. I have tried other apps - this is the best if you want to offer a discount and not get stuck in negotiations. Highly recommend! The customer support is incredibly fast and helpful, too.
