As a small eCommerce business, this app has been a life saviour. I sell a lot of product that are similar, or look alike. This has stopped misspacks, and future issues with customers.

The customer support and service from Charlie and team has been outstanding, I emailed asking for a bespoke little modification, that would make my QOL considerably better and they did it within 24 hours, i have never recieved customer service like that before.

I think this product is worth every penny/cent.
