Dear Octopus Denmark, thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We are really sad you had a bad experience with our app but unfortunately you obviously did not notice the information pop up which occurs before starting the first campaign to inform new customers exactly how our product works. Furthermore we did not receive any email from you regarding your problem. As you can read in many other reviews we of course are available on weekends and work 24/7. It is really sad that the first contact / info from you was the negative review without giving us a chance to help you. We really would love to hear back from you an answer to our last emails.
