Scammed by "Discount" Banner - Avoid this App
OneMobile is using deceptive tactics to force upgrades. They showed me a banner for a 'Discount Gesture' but clicking it secretly upgraded my plan from $25 to $99/month. Support is hiding behind the 'you clicked approve' excuse despite the misleading UI. This is a bait-and-switch scam. Merchants, watch your bills closely or switch to a different builder.

Here's Ben. First of all, we’re truly sorry if the banner was not clear enough and caused confusion. That is never our intention, and we understand how frustrating unexpected billing changes can feel.
However, we would like to clarify that any plan upgrade requires explicit approval from the store owner within Shopify’s confirmation screen. A third-party app cannot trigger or approve a charge on your behalf without your authorization.
That said, we appreciate you sharing your feedback, and we’ll continue looking for ways to make the information even more transparent and easy to follow.
