First of all, I'm very sorry about issue that you had with the billing issue. Now let me straight to the main points in your case:
- You actually activated the BrandUp plan on November 12/2025, at this point, the price of this plan is $299 per month. At that time we also offered a DISCOUNT code so that you can apply at $99 per month only (old plan's price). And you did apply the code that we offered.
- However per deeper investigation, we also found that there was a glitch in the code: it was only used for the first month, but not for the 2 consecutive months. Thereby this has caused a loss of your supposed benefits for the Promotion Program we offered for Legacy Users.
--> Here's our solution: We'd like to offer you a discount on the loss of the discount for the 2 months.
Besides the billing issue, we would more than welcome to have you back onboard with OneMobile, plus an advice that you should choose the ScaleUp plan from now on (as it seems to match with your business scale and strategy). Plus if you have further issues with the billing, I will be joining to support you ASAP.

I had an excellent experience with this Shopify app. It is truly one of the best solutions available for turning your brand into a mobile app quickly and efficiently. The process is extremely fast and simple — you can easily publish your brand’s app on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store without any technical complications.

The idea of pulling all design elements directly from the Shopify store is brilliant and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything beyond that seems to come with extra charges. Our Instagram feed didn’t load, so we tried to simply delete the block — but even removing a non-functional block required an additional paid upgrade.
This was a waste of time and honestly very disappointing.
It could be a great app, but the constant upselling and paywalls make it feel like pure money-grabbing.

We’ve carefully reviewed your case regarding the Instagram Feed block. The issue was not that the app required an upgrade in order to remove the Instagram Feed block. After the block was removed, the system requested an upgrade because there were still other blocks/elements in your app that are available only under the BrandUp plan. That’s why the “Publish to app” action triggered the upgrade requirement.
We understand that plan limitations can sometimes feel unclear or restrictive, and we sincerely apologize if this caused confusion or disappointment — that was never our intention.
