Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews

In the past we worked with many review platforms. We were one of the first paying customers of yotpo, but over time, we did not get any new features unless we would have upgraded to insanely expensive plans. Then we switched to stamped.io . Because of their poor code quality our checkout broke, which is of course horrible, and so we switched to reviews.io OVerall their integration was sluggish and we could not customize it the way we wanted to.
I did a not of research, looked into Junip etc but then found rapidreviews. As the name implies, the reviews are in fact rapid. We got a long free trial and the owner William Belk, was really good in helping us getting reviews imported, and getting set up. The speed, service level as well as the low price are all reasons we will keep working with rapidreviews. We are able to integrate with Klaviyo and collect our reviews that way. They also have their own AMP template which is nice, but at this point I am more interested in video reviews. While rapidreviews can collect them, it is right now not something you can promote with AMP or their regular emails.
I would love to have the ability to push video reviews more with rapidreviews, as those are what moves the needle the most.
