Report Pundit: Custom Reports

The prices listed in Shopify's App Store don't match the actual prices of the app...

I'm being offered two different options: the Essential Plan for $45 (regular price $90) and the Essential Plus Plan for $60 (regular price $120). The pricing isn't immediately clear to me regarding when I'll start paying those higher prices. The pricing seems to depend on the Shopify tier, and we have Shopify Plus.
