Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Extremely helpful app. The default reports are missing some obvious metrics but I requested them and they very quickly updated the reports to have them. Seems like it's a "build the plan as you fly it" kind of tool, but I was honestly impressed with the turnaround time

I am so impressed with this app. Whenever I have a question, I have used the chat feature. IT IS NOT AI AND IT IS NOT A BOT - it's a REAL person! Guru helped me this evening. I needed help with a report that I wasn't able to configure myself. He updated the report super quickly and now I have a template I can use for future reports. I am so thankful to have found Report Pundit. It has really helped me with business analysis. Thank you Guru and the Report Pundit team!

We have tried at least 3 reporting apps at this point, and Report Pundit is the only who who could customize our report with the metrics we needed for ordering. Their team is highly professional and communicative, keeping us updated as they worked on building out our custom report.

This is an economical and effective reporting app for Shopify. We couldn't use the reporting functions within Shopify to create restock reports that would work for our stores. The program is relatively intuitive and it was easy to create the report that I needed, however I did need some help to add a few fields. I reached out through the chat feature and the support staff quickly solved the problem. Thanks for this! Great service and a great app so far!

Vijay from support has been fantastic to work with. We needed a specific custom report to reconcile our weekly Shopify payouts by item, quantity, fees, shipping, and discounts for invoicing, something Shopify's native reports can't do. Vijay walked us through building it step by step, was quick to respond, and made real-time adjustments as we tested it against our actual data. The app's custom report builder is powerful and flexible once you know what to ask for, and having someone knowledgeable to guide the setup made all the difference. Would recommend if you need reporting beyond what Shopify offers out of the box.

I've been able to use report pundit to solve every Shopify reporting limitation I've had. Their support team is amazing. I've chatted with them to create multiple custom reports. They're always quick and helpful.

We recently transitioned from WooCommerce to Shopify and are now working through the challenge of building all kinds of new reports. Our situation is more complicated than most because, during the transition, we consolidated two websites, including an existing Shopify site, and added a third line of business. Accurately sorting revenue and expenses among the different divisions has been a challenge.

The Report Pundit team has been outstanding. Every person I've chatted with has been knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful. They've created numerous custom fields and reports to accommodate our specific needs and have been exceptionally cooperative throughout the process.

Best of all, despite some pretty unusual requests, I have yet to hear "that can't be done" or simply "no." They consistently look for a way to make it work.

Very solid app. Quick chat response if you need help. Only limitation is when using it for inventory reports, it can be off or lag behind but overall is great.
