Giftnote: Engine for Gifting

From a customer perspective, the Giftnote UX is the best out-of-box option for Shopify by far. It allows customers to control the communication of their gift from order to delivery.

From our vantage as e-commerce operators, the implementation was reasonably easy. There were some minor hurdles, but Giftnote's CS team took the reins and helped launch the enhancement.

I wholeheartedly recommend Giftnote. There is not a better gift experience in the Shopify App Store.
