Penelope was great at helping with the beta AI features. She verified my account and was super nice.

A couple of days ago I had issues and had to reinstall the app. Before I did so I had emailed support but decided to not wait for a response and reinstalled anyways. Customer service responded super quick and was super helpful with the issue. So far I am enjoying using this app.
