I just used this app to transfer customer info, order history and blogs from Bigcommerce to Shopify. I would recommend doing the test migration first to check you are happy with the settings (I adjusted a few things and ran a second test). Once it was up and running it took a little while but everything came through perfectly for 3000 orders.
Very happy.
