The team at Monk goes above and beyond to support their users. The app works flawlessly. I am able to run many types of promotions including free gifts, upsells, cross sells, buy x get y, and more and they all work well.

I recently ran into a unique issue where a customization to my store was conflicting with how Monk operated. The support team at Monk could have easily told me it was my problem and left me out to dry, but that's not what they did. I feel like I had the entire company at Monk helping me get my issue fixed, including the founder. After some troubleshooting we got the issue figured out and I am happier than ever.
