Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier.
