The product is great and easy to use. We've had great success capturing emails and sales with our quizzes. Most importantly, though, the customer support is top-notch. I've been using Octane for several years now. Whenever I have a question or issue, I send over an email, and I get quick, helpful, thorough responses immediately (Ivana and Ariel are part of the support team and have been incredibly helpful always).
