Search Atlas

Shame there isn't an option for 0 stars. I installed the app, subscribed and was charged $99. App hasn't worked since. Can't log in, no trace of my payment; however, it shows on Shopify billing as Search Atlas.... absolutely no help from support. They just keep stringing you along. Very frustrating for a small business to have to deal with this and not get any help.
