Excellent addition to our store. Having a bespoke product, our lead times are quite long, i was spending massive amounts of time answering peoples requests for updates. These request have fallen by around 90% since instal.

allowing customers to see where there order is up to without having to get in touch is a god send.

The app is incredibly easy to set up and use. Any questions ive had have been answered very quickly.
