Hi there,

We are truly sorry for the confusion and frustration regarding the free trial.

Please rest assured that our app includes a 7-day free trial. When installing the app, Shopify requires you to approve the subscription charge beforehand to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the initial 7 days.

Thank you for your feedback and understanding!

Best regards,
