I'm pretty happy with the app. I like that it let's me specify the keywords I want a product to rank for and that it "reads" text on images -- this is the only app I've found that does both of those.

I end up tweaking the alt-text on maybe one-third of the images, but two-thirds are good as is. And on the third that I tweak, the suggested text is a very good starting point and the edit process is simple and takes just one click to submit -- unlike some of the other apps.
