Failed to deliver hundreds of orders that I paid them to ship. Many were "shipped" with fake, illegal postage. I have lost so much money. They blame the freight forwarder and take no responsibility. I have begged Rick, Beatrice and other customer service agents for help. They only tell me that it is my "salesperson" who must help me resolve the orders. Nita, my salesperson stays silent and does not respond. No one will help. I have been trying for months to get my money back that I paid this company - no one helps and my orders are still not delivered for over 2 months, tracking stopped and all orders are lost. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.
