For someone as tech challenged as I am, the app's back end is a bit hard to navigate at first. However, the developer is extremely responsive and helpful, and that makes everything better.

I also appreciate that he is only a couple of time zones away - unlike most of the better known review apps, where customer support is scattered all over the world. This makes it much easier to get support when it's needed.
