I contacted support as I am new to Shopify & Tapita and wanted to improve the optimisation of my photos...they were helpful using screen shots to help me find what I needed to do. The only minor comment I would make is that there is quite a long pause between each conversation. However, the support helped me to achieve what I wanted to achieve. Thank you.
