7th March Feedback:

very poor customer support. Raising tickets but no response. Customer success manager is of little use. He replies once in a while with no tangible action. He tries to help only the 1st time to push you to upgrade. Then you are left on your own.

Adding my comment on 10th April:

Status quo. No change.

The support team is unqualified and untrained. They don't know how to set up what they have assured/sold.

Attention prospective buyers: don't fall for their promos on: "Click to what's app Meta Ads". There is an issue and they don't have a solution.
