Installed, clicked sync button, it said it was working on it but it would take a while, its been a week and nothing has changed.

Our products sync process first analyzes your store’s products before starting the actual syncing. Since the app was uninstalled within a few minutes, the system couldn’t fully process your products, which is why no updates were visible.
