I was billed $89.88 in January for 12 months, my shop has been offline for a couple of months as we worked on a relaunch and the app was accidentally uninstalled.

I reinstalled and haven't been able to reach anyone in support, so in order to get into the app I have had to click the professional plan option thinking I had the trial period to sort this out and I've just been notified the approved $89.88 will be billed again today.

I don't want to be billed twice. Please reach out.
