I like the app and its capabilities, although there is a learning curve and I have had no training. I got this thrown at me and had zero knowledge how to make it work for an event that was scheduled. I figured most of it out on my own but an online chat would have been helpful (and I don't mean a useless VA). However, the response/turnaround for my question was pretty quick. Very good support.
