Love Loyalty Points Program

I cannot recommend this app enough!! It is super user-friendly, but before I knew that for myself, I immediately asked for guidance, and Balint responded to me in minutes. He was able to access my account with my permission and set up my loyalty program exactly how I wanted it, even giving me plenty of pointers on how to structure my point system and different tiers. He honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He even added sign-up points retroactively to all my customers who had already signed up prior to creating the loyalty program.

We have been running this loyalty app for a few weeks now, and my customers are LOVING it. Everything has run flawlessly. Knowing that I can reach out for help making any changes and get an immediate response is invaluable. This has been such an asset for our company as a whole, and we greatly appreciate it!
