If I could give 100 stars, I would!
The first issue I had was resolved in just 15 minutes. The second was more complex due to my third-party theme, but despite the challenge, the team went above and beyond. Even though i locked out of the chat, they texted me with ideas on how to resolve the issue, and once i was back online, they were ready to take up where we left within seconds.
I was honestly surprised they managed to fix it - so quickly and nicely ! - especially since Shopify and other translation apps couldn’t help.
I can't wait to launch in new countries!
