Previously, we used other third-party apps, but due to higher costs and limitations that required frequent upgrades, along with a negative impact on our SEO ranking (related to URL structure), we started looking for an alternative.

I'm glad to have found T-Labs as a potential solution. We first tested the free version before upgrading to the paid package as a replacement for our previous apps.

In terms of pricing and support, I find both aspects reasonable. A great advantage is that they even helped customize the language switcher location, and our Shopify SEO ranking improved (also related to the URL structure).

As for support response times, it’s understandable that there may be some delays due to different time zones.
