We made the transition to Kudobuzz because the service on our last review platform was insufficient and almost entirely absent. Even though this platform claimed to be customizable and interactive, we could not get a hold of a representative to help us engage with the features for which we were paying.
After much thought and research, we went with Kudobuzz. Kudobuzz allowed us to import our old reviews, which saved us so much time. Additionally, Cheryl was supportive throughout each step of the process and provided frequent insight into best practices and next steps.
My favorite feature is the ability to collect reviews on our individual products as well as general business practices. Sometimes, customers have things to say that may not relate to product X. Kudobuzz gives customer a place to communicate these thoughts, and for that we are thankful.
