Customer support was fantastic. We had an old account we couldn't get into and not only did they help us recover it but they also cleared up any errors and moved our old shopify connection to our existing account. They also helped us through updating our subscription plan and setting up the widget to be used with shopify. The app itself is also super easy to use.
