I came across Vocify by chance and honestly didn’t expect much. But it exceed my expectations. Setting it up was super straightforward, and I had the voice agent live on my store in under 10 minutes. It greets my customers, answers product questions, and even helps guide them to the right items. Also, it’s 100% free. I’ve tried a lot of Shopify apps and most of them overpromise, but this one actually delivers. I’m already seeing better engagement and a small lift in sales. Definitely keeping this one.
