This is an excellent service that is a must have and works. New bots kept coming and adding fake accounts to our store and even trying to check out leaving us with several abandoned carts. Customer support responded within hours and fixed the problem. When a new bot issue arose, they were there again with bells on to rescue our site from these pesky intruders. Overall the app is user friendly and easy to navigate on your own but it is nice to know that support is there for the other thihgs you are unable to catch on your own.
