excellent app couldn't ask for more. only one I found that works as needed, phenomenal set up and works great.

For those who sell items which are custom and go through a production process, you can automate notifying customers as it goes through each stage of production, reducing tickets and customers not knowing what's happening with their order, even if you told them it takes 6 weeks for example and it's 3 weeks in, they want to know.

This app allows our customers to check the status of their order anytime, and the date and time it went through each stage in the past, as well as its current stage.
