Our company is in GMT+7 timezone, the time you contact us was 2:00 AM and we haven't had CS agent for that shift yet, so we haven't been able to check your inquiry and support you in time
We're so sorry for this matter!

We sincerely hope you can re-consider and get us another chance to support you. I believe it was just a different timezone issue, we would never leave our customers like that.. Hope you understand us for this..
