I had my first meeting with Harshul on April 3.Today is the 23rd of April and emails have went back and forth with no conclusion to the launch of the app on my website.I always dread dealing with apps from India,as they are never completely honest & upfront about deadlines.GLOOD is no different,they promise and promise,but you will wait for an eternity.There are more reliable and honest app developers on Shopify in this space.
Hi Faisal, I apologize for your experience.
However I want to clarify the given details. We completed the first setup and sent it for review on 9th itself. There were more requests and we had completed those and sent it for your feedback.
After this time we received only one input from you which was regarding missing features in the development theme. These features were not related to our application but to your development theme and we had conveyed this to you. We did not receive any other feedback on Glood's features that we had added to your store.
We were hoping to hear from you regarding the setup that have done for your store so that we can make it live. I understand that this could be the cause of a misunderstanding. We should have proactively reached out to you. I apologise for that and will do better going forward.
To add, we had also enabled a feature available on a higher plan without additional change so that you can make better use of Glood. This was done only to help you to the best of our abilities.
Again, the setup was completed more than a week ago and is ready to go live.
