Support team is fantastic at Glood. I had some challenges getting the app to match my theme and they stepped in and got it perfect. I'm currently using recommendations and recently viewed on my home page and getting good views. Only a few days into using the app but so far looks promising.

Because their 'automatic positioning' the widget keep rendering even not being called. this cause high widget usage & cost you more money. hope they fix this issue soon.
