Hands down, one of the best apps I've used for my store. For months, I struggled to find a wholesale app that actually worked the way I needed. I tried several options like Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B, Sami, BSS B2B & Wholesale Solution, and Wholesale Gorilla. While they worked to some extent, they all required my customers to take extra steps—like creating separate wholesale logins or navigating different product pages—which led to confusion and constant issues, especially on mobile. I had customers calling daily with complaints.
Then I found SparkLayer. I did run into some initial issues, but their support team, especially Cameron, was incredible. He got on a call with me right away, kept me updated daily, and worked through a tough problem until everything was running perfectly. The app now runs seamlessly, my wholesale customers have an easy experience, and I haven’t had a single complaint since.
