Before looking at Sparklayer, I looked and tried many of the other wholesale / b2b apps on shopify. Sparklayer blew me away compared to them in terms of comprehensive features for b2b and ease of use. All the other apps were super ugly and hard to use. Sparklayer is robust and can handle so many different situations. Plus their support is pretty good (although I wish they had support that overlapped more with USA times zones) and their documentation is extensive.
Downsides: sometimes there's technical bugs that require a developer or support, their support is on UK time, and its fairly expensive.

This app has brought a lot of value to our company. Not only helping us service our customers better but also helping our sales agents to promote our products and portal.

Absolute worse B2B we have ever tried. We have had it for 2 years and I can not say it has been working well a single month. There are constant technical errors and we get emails every month from stockists not being able to order. We have lost so, so much on using this app - both on the app cost itself but also lost orders for customers being annoyed of the constant problems. Why we haven't changed in 2 years if we have been unsatisfied - our B2B has not been our priority as we have had focus on opening physical stores and was hoping that the app would have become better at the time we are able to focus on b2b again but unfortunately it is still as laggy as before. Can not recommend anyone this app. When we mentioned this to the customer support they always say they will come back with a compensation suggestion but that has never happened - they never come back with what they say they will get back on and we are done with this now.

I've just set this up on my store so that I could offer a more streamlined process for my B2B wholesale orders. The Sparklayer team have been absolutely brilliant from set up to answering any questions and helping me to set up my wholesale operation. Having just had my first order through the platform, my customer has indicated that they have found this a much easier than my previous manual process.

We are a small brand expanding to new markets and need flexible pricing to meet the requirements of our B2B clients. We recently had to adjust a whole new list of recommended retail prices (RRPs) and discounts for a single client. Initially, I thought it would be a complex task, but with some help from Ben in Sparklayer support, we were able to fix it all in less than an hour. This app is suitable for businesses of any size that are looking to expand! We have been using it for a year now.

This is maybe the first app that does everything I wanted it to do. It does all it claims and then some! We're setting up a great B2B option for our customer base. The help is like no-other! Fast and thorough. If you are expanding your B2C Shopify site, there is no better option. Highly recommend.

Found this app when the B2B we were using was not up to par. We are on the basic plan and I don't think you can find a better B2B solution for the price. Setup was fairly easy but customer support was there for whatever we needed.

Amazing support and a very advanced B2B tool. What's important to notice, is that it's not utilizing most of the base B2B features of Shopify itself, but rather is an "overwriter" of the tool. Still, considering all apps in this category this seems to be the best one.
