SparkLayer has been a great fit for our store. The support team is fast, considerate, professional, and brings a bit of humour along the way too, which is always appreciated when you’re sorting tech. It's a strong wholesale platform backed by a support team that genuinely cares, plus the Sales Agent feature has been brilliant for our business because some of our customers still like to chat with us directly. It’s also been vital for making sure wholesale pricing, GST, and customer-specific details are correct.
This app has helped our business so much. Allowing us to efficiently handle Service Members & Dealers all in one. It's great that they allow you to set group specific shipping rules. The developers/support team are also incredible. It's real people for one & they take our requests or issues seriously. They have done several app improvements since we have been utilizing SparkLayer. Keep up the great work!

After my initial 1-star review regarding theme update issues, the CEO (Chris Mattingly) personally reached out to resolve the situation. They have successfully adjusted their installation process for my store.
They performed the setup on a staging theme without 'detaching' it from the Shopify Theme Store. I can confirm that my theme retains its official update path and I am currently 'Up to Date'. They also provided a full technical summary of the modified files.
It’s rare to see this level of accountability. If you use themes that update frequently, I now recommend SparkLayer, as they have proven they can integrate while respecting Shopify’s native lifecycle.

How can something like tiered pricing be complicated to set up? I definitely do not advise this app. They also did not respond to our questions, only AI-generated replies. I’m tired of AI chatbots. And while our store was not live, we were charged 5 months total of 250$. It was saying free plan till we get our store live. unbelievable.
