Genie Store Pickup

I've had a recurring issue with the app that seems like it should be simple to fix and after two months of going back and forth with a sometimes responsive team (they forgot about my ticket twice), the problem is still unresolved. I wish I could write a good review, but in my experience the app is unhelpful and I would caution others.
