No customer service, tried for two days to get a label to work for my website. No bueno!
On behalf of the whole team, I sincerely apologize for the bad experience you have had with our app.
However, we could not find out any chat record or inquiry email you sent to us regarding this matter.. So it's really hard for us to know that you were having issues with the app and provide support.
I believe there is a misunderstanding here.. I really hope you can re-consider and give us another chance to support you.
Once again, we're truly sorry for the unpleasant feeling you may have when using our app and experiencing our service!
