It was free when we installed and started using, but unexpectedly it became not free anymore. Does not look fair.

The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day free trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged at all.
We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. You're right that the app had been completely free for years (since 2021!). That said, we don't want pricing to stand in the way of your success.
