Accomplishes whats expected and more.
Since we have been using the app its been very stable for all of our customer service operations.
Automated notifications work well with the most success rate of all other apps I tried.
Also, everytime I have an idea of how to improve our experience or user experience, they work diligently to fix or create the feature.
Great customer experience so far!
