Shopify works well. HubSpot doesn't. This new release broke all of our existing functionality that business relies on.
What's Broken:
Orders in HubSpot are now completely unsearchable - You literally cannot find HubSpot orders using Shopify order numbers in the main search bar. This is basic functionality that should work out of the box.
Forced object changes - The integration randomly decided to sync orders as "HubSpot Orders" instead of HubSpot Deals, breaking years of established workflows without warning or migration tools.
Address mapping failures - Instead of properly syncing state/province data, you get random "enabled/disabled" values. Did anyone actually test this integration?
No backward compatibility - They killed the old sync app in May 2025 and forced everyone onto this broken version with zero consideration for existing setups.
The Real Problem:
When you have hundreds of orders and can't search for them by order number, the integration becomes completely useless. Our team now wastes hours manually hunting for customer data that should be instantly searchable.
